LOKSAK Bag Disclaimers:
We stand behind our product and will replace any products that are determined by LOKSAK to be a manufacturer defect when brought to LOKSAKs attention in a timely manner. LOKSAK is not liable for any loss or damages to personal property in the event of misuse or improper sealing.
VERY IMPORTANT – LOKSAK bags are waterproof only if sealed in the following way:
Test each bag prior to use, trap a small amount of air inside the bag. Seal zipper completely by pressing seal together at one edge of the bag and slowly sliding thumb and forefinger together along the full length of the opening. Repeat if necessary. Make certain there are no kinks or bends in the seal. The zipper seal should feel smooth and wrinkle-free. Submerge bag in a container of water and squeeze sides gently to test seal. If a steady stream of air bubbles appears, the bag is damaged or not sealed properly. Repeat the test if/as necessary. Verify that the bag is not damaged in this manner before using it. If defective and unused, contact LOKSAK for instructions on how to return the defective bag for replacement.
Caution: Leak-proof bags are durable but not indestructible.
Normal wear is not a defect. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO REPLACE THE aLOKSAK WITH A COMMERCIAL OVER-THE-COUNTER RECLOSABLE BAG. aLOKSAK bags have a unique closure system that holds three patents and has been certified leak-proof to 200 feet/60 meters by SSI (Scuba Schools International). These bags are approved for diving applications.
Replace the bags after extended use. Avoid exposure to excessive heat and caustic chemicals.

Return Policy:
You are entitled to an exchange or refund within 30 days of any purchase from this website, floatingvalet.com. Purchases made from other websites (ex: Amazon.com) or stores must be returned through their channels, and are not returnable via floatingvalet.com. Please note that the product must be returned unused and in its original packaging, including all tags. In case of refund neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid. In order to return any products to floatingvalet.com, you must first obtain a RMA number by emailing us at les@floatingvalet.com. No returns will be accepted without a RMA number. Once a RMA number is obtained, the items must be returned to us within 15 days, with the RMA number clearly marked on the shipping label or outside carton. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your purchase receipt. We will provide complete return instructions in our email response to you with the RMA number.
